Wine and Food Pairings Announced for Wine Tasting/Food Pairing Fundraising Event
Malcolm Cocks, the wine Sommelier who will present and describe the wines during our second annual "Rotary Around the World" Wine Tasting/Food Pairing fundraising event on May 14th at West Haven Golf & Country Club, announces the wines and paired food for this event.

  • served with Asian Spring Rolls
2. Tinpot Hut 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, Malborough New Zealand
  • Served with Seared Scallops
3. Gauchezco 2014 Malbec, Argentina
  • Served wiht Argentinian Empanadas, (beef, hard-boiled egg, green olive, raisins, chili pepper) and Chimichurri dipping sauce.
4. Valle Andino 2013 Carmenere, Chile
  • Served with Pastel de Choico (Chilean Corn Pie) or Crab Tarts
5. Whispering Tree 2013 Syrah, Washington State
  • Served with Maille Mustard Coated Lamb Sausages
6. Les Jamelles 2013 Mourvedre, Languedoc, France
  • Served with Gunn's Hill Artisinal Cheese Plate, Cranberry Crispbreads, Honey and Walnuts
