Club Tour of New Ivey School of Business Building

On the evening of March 20th members of our club along with several guests from other clubs in London were treated to a tour of the new Ivey School of Business building recently completed. Our tour guide, CFO John Irwin and his assistant Kristen showed us through this amazing building that has received a gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) award for environmental sustainability. The auditorium, pictured above holds 640 students and is where many well respected business leaders address the students.
After the tour we were treated to refreshments in the cafeteria operated by the school and prepares nutritious meals on china dishes. There wasn't a fast food outlet to be seen!
We would like to thank Barb for organizing this wonderful off-site event and John and Kristen for taking the time to share their passion for this beautiful building.
